  JVC 700 best settings for Slow Motion (Over Crank)

  I just got a JVC 700 Camera. I edit in FCP. Most of what I shoot will be edited in Slow Motion (1/2 to 1/3 speed). What are the best settings for the JVC Camera and FCP for what I am doing.
