Just want to affirm with you guys, is the regular Pen tool the universal tool for all the other Pen tools
Am I right about the regular Pen tool (without the plus nor minus sign) that it is the universal tool for the other Pen tools?

Sorry, what exactly do you mean by “universal tool?” Are you asking if it automatically detects whether you want to add or remove points without you having to switch between Pen-, Pen+, Pen>, and regular Pen?
