Am I dumb or have I just used $799 on only two products???

It looks like “Looks” and “Mojo” are the only two avid plugins.
It never occured to me that Colorista II, Denoiser, Frames and Instant HD were only for Apple products.

We have FCP so some of them i can use, but the whole point was to use it in Avid.

Red Giant web has avid in the product list in MB Suite 10, and write in Instant HD (one of the apps I need in the future) “clear results inside your favorite video application”.
NO YOUR FAVORITE APP, CAUSE AVID IS MY FAVORITE APPLICTION!!!

Sight, well I hope I’m wrong but it does not look good.

It clearly lists compatibility for each individual plug in.

    clearly and clearly.

I knew I was going to buy Looks, I’ve used it before and downloaded a trial. The cost for looks is $399 and I thought “hey it says here in the download section that MB suite 10 also supports avid, so why not get the whole thing saving $643”.

But there you are. Now I’ll see if I can change my order to just Looks and Mojo. And maby get something else with the money I have left.

I REALLY want Colorista2 to work on the Avid. But the AVX plugin architecture doesn’t allow for it. Colorista 1 will work, via some trickery, but not Colorista 2. That is my favorite color correction plugin…and I’m very sad I can’t use that with the Avid…

any update? I too was checking to see if looks would work on my media composer 5.0.3 on windows 7, did the “online chat” with the specialist, and they didn’t know? I looked again and see it said yes it’s compatible. I tried to download the demo, and it’s labeled as OSX? Emailed sales, and they pretty well said “I don’t know, try it!” Is this real, or a bad dream? If I offered that kind of customer service I’d be walking the streets.
