  Jumpy video on computer DVD drives (It seems)

  I’ve created a m2v file at VBR 5.6 target, 7 max, 1.5 min (out of Premiere), authored to DVD with nothing special really, and it’s jumpy but only on computer DVD players. On set-top DVD players, it’s fine. Is there a certain combination of settings, such as bit rate, CBR, VBR, etc. that computer drives, or graphics cards require? Most of the times, this particular DVD will be played on a laptop.
