Jumpy Video
I recently edited a short video clip adobe premiere pro CS3 and the playback works great on the program itself, but after exporting the file, no matter what media player I use the video itself is very jumpy and lags but the audio itself is just perfect. I’m not exactly computer savy, but i’ll take any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
