  Jib Arm Rental in LA?

  Hi all:

  I am doing a tabletop shoot this weekend. We will be using the new Sony Z1 HDV camera and I need to rent a small/light jib arm, perhaps with a 6′ reach. Don’t want to go the normal Jimmy Jib, weighs 300 lbs route, not with a 4lb camera, doesn’t make sense.

  Who rents small, light DV-oriented jib arms in LA? I have calls in to Abel Cinetech (so far, no return call) and Hollywood Studio Rentals (so far, no return call). Anyone have any ideas? Need to book it today!
