Jerky realtime playback
I’ve been using Vegas for years now with the realtime playback being absolutely fine. Recently (past week or so) it’s been terrible, unable to play more than 10 seconds in any preview mode at 25fps.
Does anyone know what this could be related to system-wise? My specs are good and I used to be able to playback in Good (Auto) constantly.

AMD Athlon II X4 640 @ 3.36Ghz
4GB DDR3 RAM
HD Radeon 4200 (integrated)
Windows 7 64bitI’ve updated my graphics drivers, upgraded to Vegas 11 and still get constantly jerky playback.

Looking at your system spec, it looks like its more than capable. My system can handle Preview (Auto) with no issue. I think that, maybe, you should 1, try restarting from the shutdown menu. If that doesn’t work, try a system restore to a few days before it happened. As a precaution, back up your important project to a USB Stick just in case. It might be an issue you may not know about. Hope this works.
