I think the point of today’s FCP X announcement is that drivers for 3rd party devices for broadcast monitoring like BMD products are hopefully imminent.

My initial tests suggest the BM drivers don’t work yet. Using 9.1 with an Intensity Pro and FCX it shows “no device found”.

I thought it was something that would work after updating FCP X, but that’s no the case. FCP X doesn’t recognize my Multibridge Pro 2 with 9.1 update.

It’s out, but the only output option I get is 720×486 @29.97

I downloaded the 9.2 beta driver – Blackmagic appears as an output device on the Final Cut X preferences but with only 1 option of output: a SD resolution of 740x 486 @ 29,97

But I have no signal output to my SDI monitor trough the Decklink HD 3D+

Anyone got video output yet?
