    Hi all,

I have been working on a project which was shot on a sdx900, the footage was captured at 23.98, i edited in a FCP 23.98 sequence and exported uncompressed using a
black magic codec. I get these jagged lines which are only visible in parts of the footage that are in the scenes where the background is angled pieces of wood. The pieces of wood look like a raster image close up.

I don’t understand why I am getting these lines, and have tried bringing the footage in to After effects, and exported with lower fields, ect. I am unclear if this is a codec problem or an interlacing
problem, and I was curious if anyone else has encountered a similar situation.

    thanks!

Can you post a still? Also just to clarify- you captured at 23.98 or at 29.97 with Advanced Pulldown Removal checked?
