Activity Forums Adobe After Effects Its possible to open AE CS5 project in AE CS4?

    It seems, it can be done, but AE CS5 or higher is needed.

    Does anybody have CS5 or higher version with this capability? Would be somebody so kind and convert it this project for me? 🙂 Its very small.

    Short answer: no.

    Long answer: If I’m not mistaken, backwards compability only works for CS5.5 to CS5 and up.

    Your last option would be to try this script (costs some $). Though you’ll still need access to CS5 for the export part.

    The problem is I am not on 32bit PC right now 🙁 So I cant use CS5 or higher.
