All sounds great. Only sour note for us over here in Europe is the one-to-one Euros to dollars price which in effect represents a whopping 30% markup.

    Hello,

Can i ask if Quicktime 7 supports multiple input audio.Does anyone knows if new apple releases (FCP 5?, OSX.4 nor QT7) includes a fix on these? Will it be fix by Core Audio functionalities?

    thanks,

    Here’s something I found interesting: https://www.apple.com/macosx/features/dvdplayer/

If you click on the link above, You’ll see that the DVD player has a DASHBOARD audio EQ. I believe, that FCP 5 will use this type of interface with video/audio filters. You heard it hear first!!!

    apparently not speculation (??)

in the recent MacWorld SF presentation it was announced that QT7 would support 24 channel audio, although i’ve not seen explicit mention that that would be 24 channel input …

so alright, maybe a little speculation then 🙂

    [Walter Biscardi] ” At $129 and $199 for a 5 license package, it’s a very cheap investment anyway. “

From the apple website, regarding the 5 license option:
The Family Pack is an easy and inexpensive way of using a single copy of Mac OS X to install the operating system on up to 5 Macintosh computers (household use only).

So, we can not use the 5 pack $199 option for business.

    Regards
    Francois
