From your screen shot it looks like you’ve rendered the file with 16 channels. Can you post the Audio tab from your Render Template so we can see what you are doing?

June 17, 2014 at 11:55 amPerhaps you didn’t understand my request. I need to see the Audio tab of the Render Template that created the file that is on your timeline.
Go to File | Render As… and select the Template that you used to create the file that is on your timeline. Then press the Customize Template button and switch to the Audio tab and take a screen shot of that and post it.

June 17, 2014 at 5:03 pmSorry, I was talking about the Render Template for the Capture0002.mov file. You are showing me some Sony MXF template. I thought the problem was with the Avid DNxHD MOV file? That is the template that is probably causing the problem.

I don’t need to see the file. I looked up the specs on the Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Shuttle 2 SSD Video Recorder and it records SDI: 16 channels embedded in SD and HD, and HDMI: 8 channels embedded in SD and HD. Vegas is just showing you all of the channels that were recorded. Feel free to delete the tracks that you don’t need. If you want to know how to stop recording all those channels should should ask in the Blackmagic Design forum.
