July 28, 2015 at 1:21 amPlayback is still very choppy to the viewer in this initial beta. That’s on the edit page without any grades. No better than R11 yet. FPS indicator appears that it is up to speed without dropping frames. This would appear that the refresh rate to the viewer isn’t right.

July 28, 2015 at 2:26 amMy playback seemed fine. Not much testing though. But in R11 the audio and playback would stutter if you moved the freakin mouse during playback. Not true of R12. I can adjust audio on the mixer too, which in R11 just basically was completely a no go.

July 28, 2015 at 2:29 pm[David Mathis] “You heard right, the wait is over. The new version of Resolve is here, in beta form! Going to install Tuesaday, still nothing new on Fusion, hopefully soon.
“Sadly David, I think you’re going to be disappointed by Resolve 12, its a big improvement but I don’t think its ready to replace any mainstream NLE’s …..yet.

I agree, the edit page performance in the previous version reminds me of this:

July 28, 2015 at 5:08 pmNot sure about Lite but in Studio you have to go to preferences to add more users.
A bit off topic but I think an important question. Is anyone using the builder in the new version of Sapphire?
