Issues with off speed ProRes RAW footage in Compressor
Greetings all.
I was wondering if anyone is experiencing an issue with off speed ProRes RAW footage in compressor?
If I add an off speed 50fps (25fps) into compressor to transcode is shows exactly 50% of the full length of the clip. Whereas FCP X shows the full length of the clip in the import window with a light blue line at the base of the clip stretching exactly 50% of the window.
Is there anyway around this in Compressor? I find it very strange that files work well in Media Encoder but Apple’s own software and CODEC do not communicate well together.
Any advice or solutions to this frustrating issue will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Troy. Can you describe in more detail what you’re starting with (media type, frame rate, etc.), what you’re doing in Compressor and what you’re hoping to end up with? I’m having trouble understanding your question.
