    Hey Joel,
My first question does the footage play fine in the camera? If so then what type of computer are you using and how are the files being transferred from the camera to the computer? In addition to this can you re post the youtube link. Youtube keeps saying the request not found.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the reply.

The footage does play fine in-camera. I transfer the files by using my card reader on my computer. Then, I import the footage into premiere pro cs4. I have a pretty crappy computer (Dell Vostro 230), but my exported footage is fine if there is no movement. I’m thinking it might be the FPS I’m using, but I’m not sure.

Thanks for re posting the youtube link. If it plays fine in the camera, have you played the raw file in quicktime outside of premier? If this plays fine then its a frame rate issue. Then make sure the PPro sequence has been set up with matching frame rate. let me know if this is of any help.
