  Issue where downloads look incomplete, but they actually are

  Hello all,

  Ever since I upgraded to Mavericks, I’ve been having this issue where most – not all – of my downloaded files will show an incomplete file icon. Even when the file is fully downloaded. I can click on the icon and open the content, but it just shows an incomplete download. No amount of time passing causes the icon to revert to its actual icon.
