That looks like frame blending from changing the frame fate somewhere along the line. What frame rate is your source? What frame rate is your project? What frame rate is your render?

Frequency of the source image is 30 frames PAR seconds , And I put 30 images PAR seconds in the configuration of the project .
Thus , I do not see where the problem could come !

I watched the original movie and there is no blur…Therefore it is SonyVegas Who created this vagueness .

    > Frequency of the source image is 30 frames PAR seconds

When you right-click on an event in the timeline and select Properties and then go to the Media tab, what frame rate does Vegas think the source is? Where did the source come from? What codec does it use?

    > And I put 30 images PAR seconds in the configuration of the project.

So you are using customized project properties? What template did you start with before you customized it?

    > Thus , I do not see where the problem could come !

How about the render… What frame rate is your render? What render type and template did you use?

By 30fps do you really mean 30 or do you mean 29.970?
