Is Uncompressed Video Format Compressed?

There will be a small difference, as, although DV luma is full rez, it is compressed.

I’m going to do some tests and see what I can find out. This how conversation has really made me take another look at compression and I’ve learned a lot from all of the research that I’ve done.

For all of the rest of you quailty nerds like me, I’ll let you know what I find (or at least new questions to consider).
