  Is this possible on Motion 2?

  I’ve seen this video, and several like it, and I really like the format and style. Is something like this possible on Motion 2? If so, how do I even get started doing this? Are there any good tutorials that deal with this?

  If this is NOT possible on Motion, what other avenues would you recommend? After Effects, etc?
