  • Is there anyway to FORCE Vegas to search for a plugin? (Magic Bullet Looks)

    Hello,
I’ve been suffering crashes of VEGAS 11 (as the whole World, of course lol, because Vegas crash crash and crash…) and as a result of that, I’ve been uninstalling and re-installing VEGAS as soon they released a newer version (with promised updates that never fixed the crashes… but well, that’s another story).
The problem is I used a plugin… I loved so so much, MagicBulletLooks… and well, was simple, I just installed VEGAS… then installed MagicBulletLooks and there it was… in my list of plugins inside VEGAS…
I always had VEGAS 11 in 64 bits and my MagicBulletLooks was working fine in 64 bits…
The problem came when I uninstalled my last VEGAS 11 and Installed the VEGAS 11 BUILD 595…
After this, I have all my plugins but MagicBulletLooks is not there…
    I uninstalled MagicBulletLooks…
    re-installed it…
    and it’s not there!
VEGAS now, cannot see it? I don’t know why?
Any suggestions, clues or ideas to force VEGAS to see it?

A CURIOUS THING… I can start MagicBulletLooks 2.0.3 as a standalone application… what I cannot do is finding it as a plugin inside VEGAS… so how may I connect it with VEGAS or how may I do VEGAS see it as a plugin?

I’d really appreciate your help with this?
    Thanks

Looks version and install it, and make absolutely sure you select
sony vegas in the drop down list during install.

It’s strange before doing what you did, I just started MagicBulletLooks as a standalone application and now yes, I have it as a plugin in VEGAS so the problem is solved and I can see it…
it was like if was necessary to start MagicBulletLooks as a standalone application first, to activate it allowing it in this way to work in VEGAS
strange and curious but the problem is solved 😀
    thanks anyway
