Is there any Customer Service at Adobe?
I have never had a good experience with Adobe’s Customer Service… if anyone here has, how did you get it? All I ever get is someone in some far away land that speaks a dialect of English that has such a strong accent that it is unintelligible to my Texas ears, and all they can do anyway is read the next page on their computer script… beginning with “I am sorry you … ”
Feel free to rant, or offer suggestions. Maybe Adobe is listening!

Who you end up talking to all depends on your issue. But if you have any experience with off-planet call centers, just keep asking the poor guy to move you up the ladder to the next level of assistance. This doesn’t work with call centers where the culture is to get you off the line but it does work with cultures that are service oriented. Try to be patient, realize they have no clue what you’re talking about, they are required to follow their scripts, they can be instantly fired, and there are fifty people who’d do anything to get their job.
The only time I’ve dealt with Adobe customer service was via email. It was obvious that english was a foreign language and the individual had no idea what After Effects was. But it went well.
