For example, i would like all the comps in my project to have a marker every 12 frames, is there a way to automatically do this?

    Thanks!

There was someone who did a script for laying out musical tempo markers and posted here but his website is down since then.

I Find it strange that i can’t find anything on the web, maybe my search keywords are wrong, this kind of thing is essential for traditional animation.

    thanks Dave

Beat assistant looks like it could work. Not sure if it can lay out markers without a music source but it probably can.

I’ll look into it, thanks again!

    Thank you Joe!

This isn’t what i’m looking for.

I would like to have a visible grid of markers while compositing(not editing) an animation film that is animated in rhythms related to duration of 12 frames, 34 frames etc.

I can do it by feeling and by looking at the time display but to have visible markers would be very convenient.

    Thanks for the reply!
