    Hi all… Is there a way to point to a spot on the video and tell it to stay the same colour throughout and graph whatever changes onto the entire video?

    Best I can describe it is manual white balancing, where you point to a white spot and say “this will always be white”…

    If I am understanding you correctly you want to alter the color of only a specific color or range of colors to do this you can use Effect > Color Correction > Change to Color. Normally I just use Effect > Color Correction > Curves for color correction though. Hope this helps.
