Is there a way to create a track in a specific spot?
Posted by Ben Win on July 8, 2013 at 12:13 amWhenever I create an audio track, it pops up at the bottom. Video tracks pop up at the top. I would like to open them in the middle of my tracks sometimes instead of dragging one from the bottom to the top if needed.
Thanks!

July 8, 2013 at 6:02 amSo, you are wanting to add a Video+Audio Track ABOVE or in the MIDDLE of the sandwich? Yes?
Here is a simple Track Layout:
Track1 Video
Track2 AudioTrack3 V
Track4 ATrack5 V
Track6 AIf I right click on Track3 V and choose insert Track, I DO get a video track directly above it and NOT above Track1 V. This same is true for Audio. I Right click on Track4 A I do get a new Audio track above Track4 A.
However, this is for VP12. What are you running?

I’m using VP 8, I believe. It was always the most comfortable for me.
And hey, this works! Thanks, Mr. Bernard!
