  Is there a way to create a LUT in Photoshop?

  I am aware of the color lookup option.
  I was just on a color grading forum recently where they mentioned a lut could be generated in Photoshop and then exported to another program, such as Resolve for final edits.
  Which I understand.

  But did I misunderstand what they were saying? Or is there a way to create a lookup table in PS?
