  is there a way to automate changing text, or change it once, it changes other copies of same layer

  I have several different instances of the same string of text (categories for a catalog).
  I am doing other versions for other categories, and since I’ve already made and copy/pasted the layer several times, nested, in an inconvenient place to want to do repeatedly.

  Is there any help, similar to an AE expression or macro or relink or something?

  or is this one of the new features I just remembered of the NEW Motion, which I dont have yet.
  where they made gears of a bike turn?
