  Is there a 3d warp or perspective tool in Vegas?

  I’d like to have some footage fly in from the side of a Vegas project move across the screen and fly out the other side.

  I’d like to make the footage appear like it is on a “flag” or cloth or flying carpet with perspective and ripple.

  Is there a plug-in that could achieve this?

  I want to composite this between a foreground and a background layer.

  I’d also like to do another effect where the AVI looked like a piece of movie film floating through the scene.
