  is the macbook pro retina not powerful enough to run DaVinci Resolve Lite?

  I just downloaded DaVinci Resolve Lite to my Macbook Pro Retina 15″ (2.6 Ghz Intel Core i7, 16GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 RAM, 320 GB free), and I’m only seeing half the image when I apply an effect. Is this normal?

  I’m trying to upload a screen capture of the program but I’m having trouble.
