  Is Reconnect Media broken in V5? Or just real flakey?

  Moved a bunch of files (475) to another drive and couldn’t get FCP5 to Reconnect Media on all of them. Tried the “link all in the same path” etc. Then FCP says there are no files to reconnect. Look on the drive and there they are.

  Next, tried to redigitize the 26 files it could not reconnect and it said there were already files with that name on the drive… abort or overwrite… so I overwrite and all works out in the end.

  I’d say its pretty flakey!
