Is it worth the extra money for the hpx170?
Hi, I’m a young aspiring videographer, and I really want the hpx170 but used its not as cheap as the hvx200. Do people really thing its worth it?

I love my HPX170. Oddly, I think Panasonic raised the price of the HVX200A a tad recently putting it slightly higher than the HPX170.

the 170 also has a 5 year warranty.
Only thing the 200 has over the 170 is the tape deck and weight. I have the HVX200 and have only used tape twice in 2 years

yeah, the 170 is way more comfortable to handhold too.
