  Is it possible to use the arrow keys to adjust the Effect Controls option?

  Is there a way to use or setup to use the arrow keys to work the slide bar in the effects controls menu, such as the Opacity option?

  Currently when you use the arrow keys, it will only control the timeline position.

  Thanks in advance for any one that has any comments on this.
