I’ve been reading on the SONY Forum NewBlue crashing VP11. I think you need to read more around the subject. Contact NewBlue.

    Don
I have an issue with VP11 in that The “render as” window has no text, only little empty boxes for letters. Sony is still scratching their head on that one and I had a project I had to finish. I opened VP10 and VP11 at the same time, “selected all” in the time line of VP11 and pasted into the time line of VP10. Now I have the clips in VP10 and I saved it as a different veg file. It worked for me so it may be worth a try. Good Luck!

Open project in V11, Open a V10, Cut and Paste chunks from V11 to V10.
You may loose some effects but better than starting all over.
    Good luck.

20 days ago opened a support ticket with NewBlue because it crashes in VP11. They sent me a logged version and I sent them the log files. Still no answer.

Try to copy events to Vegas 10 little by little. Most of them will copy OK.

Sir Frank, tell you a work around I have been able to use till they get the NB Titler and V11 crashing fixed.

I have found that if I open another event of Vegas 11 and have an empty project and build the title with NB Titler Pro in an empty project it does not crash, then I save it as a Veg file, then import that veg file, into my active project (Both running at same time) the title preforms without crashing my master project.

If I try to build the exact same title in my active project it crashes my project with in 2 or 3 adjustments.

this is a few more steps but works for now

No luck. New empty project. Just drag NB to the time line and Vegas crashes.

Frank this is what I received from NB support – give these a try:

“First of all, are you on the most current version of your video driver?

When did you download Titler Pro? If it was after 10/24, you have the most current bundle version we’ve released for Vegas.

What happens if you right-click a video track, choose “Insert Generated Media” and then choose NewBlue Titler from that list?”
