  • Is it possible to correct exposure changes by tracking?

So here is my problem. I was filming passing clouds over long time period to speed it up in AE CS3. To my dismay my camera seems to have adjusted exposure when there was a cloud present and when not.
Is there a way to set correct exposure in one *master* frame and equalize the rest of movie according to this master setting. So that there would not be sky darkening when cloud is passing.

Effects > Color Stabilizer. You pick areas representing the black, gray, and white points. If your camera doesn’t move, that’s pretty much it. If it does move you keyframe the position of these points.
