Is it OK to use SDHC card in other devices besides EX-1/3?
I just got me some MxR card readers for my EX-1 along with a pair of Transcend 16GB SDHC “6” cards. I have a little Kodak Zi8 HD camera that needs a card. Could i switch these Transcends back and forth between the two cameras or would it be advisable to keep the cards specifically for use with the EX-1 camera & MxR reader?

You might need to reformat after each use since there may be hidden metadata left behind that might throw the other device for a little loop.

i figured that, i just didn’t want there to be any issues that might compromise some video with hte EX-1.

I have used the same cards (Transcend c6 16 and 32) in EX3 (in adapter) and JVC HM100 (no adapter necessary), back and forth, and they work without issues.
