IS anybody running FCP 7?
I have a weird editing emergency. I’m running fcp 6 and need to open an fcp 7 project. What I want to do is email the project file to someone who’s running 7, have them open it, open the most recent cut of the sequence, export n edl, then email it to me. Does anybody have the software and a bit of time to help me out? I know it’s a lot to ask, but you will be racking up serious editing emergency carma points.

Can’t you get an XML export from where the FCP 7 project originated?
