The announcement of Media 100 Suite would seem to indicate so. Have you seen the press release here on the COW in the “News” section? Perhaps more info will come out next week at NAB.

With the next release announced for May, I am guessing (and only guessing and interpolating from the last couple of releases) that there are no further updates planned for V13. But I would expect that if something gets broken in e.g. a QuickTime, Kona or OS (pre Snow Leopard) update in the next couple of weeks, or if a serious bug gets discovered in V13 there could be an additional update.

In case you are speaking about the press release about the next version of Media 100; this is about the next version, named Media 100 Suite (instead of let´s say V14). With this release we will have a unified software, which can be used without hardware, with the HDx card, with a Kona card and with the Matrox MXO2. So there is no more Media 100 and Media 100 Producer.
