In the Dec. 2006 Studio Monthly, and on the Trew Audio website, there is some info about iPower’s 9-volt rechargeable batteries.

Has anybody on this forum used these?

I wonder whether the rechargeable batteries themselves lose capacity, and have to be replaced annually, whether they are used very much or not.

I have been using them for 4 months and they are great. They last most of the day (for eng work in Lectro transimtters) and I don’t feel guilty for throwing used alkilines away.
PS Make sure the charger is switched to the right setting.

I appreciate the user report. My contribution to the waste heap will be just a little bit more modest now. Thank you.
