  iphone 5 to Final Cut Pro – I need the best 1920 × 1080 conversion settings via MPEG Streamline to FCP, to Youtube HD.

  I’ve read through these posts and get that I need to select Prores, but there are so many options!
  best frame size, frame rate, etc?

  Ultimately I want to post HD vids on Youtube, so I want to start at the highest resolution and end with the best too.

  I’ll need the best sequence settings in FCP too. It seems so many others are struggling with this. It’d be very useful info.
