  io express with Dell Precision Workstation issues

  Just got the io Express box and I am having problems with it recognizing the card on my Dell Precision 4600 laptop. I have called tech support and they thought it might be that the dell bios needed to be updated. We did that and we are still having problems getting the card to be recognized. Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions on what to do? We will be using it with Adobe CS6 software. I have the most update driver 10.3.2 as well. Thanks for any help.
