Is it possible to invert a mask in Premiere? Here I have made this epic drawing so that you guys get my problem:

There is a hole in the green screen. I have already applied an ultra key to my cast. Now it would be super easy if I could just put a rectangle mask on that hole in the green screen and Premiere will cut it out so it won’t be visible anymore BUT I don’t know how to do that.
All I find is stuff like a 4/8/16 point mask which I would have to create AROUND my cast instead of just cutting out that tiny hole.

    Any suggestions?
Is this simply not possible in Premiere?

for that I think you would need to copy the video track to another track above
    and crop or mask that.

It would be nice to simply have an “invert” button on the crop and masking tools though wouldn’t it (like After Effects has)

yeah, duplicate the clip and mask off some nearby green and position it over the hole. Then nest those two clips and composite using the nested clip.
