    Hi guys,

Been using vegas for a while, upgraded and thus formatted my PC and forgot to back my templates up. Oops.
So, I’ve remade them as close as I remember to the original but whenever I try to render, I’m getting an invalid argument error.

I had been previously using Sony AVC/MVC to create 1920×1200 videos, but when I try to render it, I am getting the ‘invalid argument’ specified warning, this happens if I do jusut a regular render or a batch render.

I tried to use the Main Concept AVC, and while it does at least render at 1920×1200, it does not touch my GPU at all, rendering it purely on my CPU rather than my AMD R9 290 GPU (Running the latest catalyst omega drivers).

Is there anything I’m missing in the render settings?

Unfortunately, the error message doesn’t offer much in the way of clues that I can see.

Some codecs only render to industry standard video resolutions. 1920×1200 is not a standard resolution so that’s probably the “invalid argument”. (i.e., 1200 instead of 1080)

That 1920×1200 resolution is whats causing the invalid argument warning.
    Select a standard output resolution.
