    Hi!

Just made a switch from fcp to premiere. I have a small question.

I work with image sequences (jpg). I work in 25 p. When I import or replace a clip they default to 29.97. It’s a pain to set it to 25p all the time. Is there a setting to tell Premiere that all image sequences should be 25p. Please assist.

Yep. If you go into the Preferences then you can set the Media “intermediate timebase” to the frame rate you want to default image sequences to be interpreted as.

    🙂

thanx. I had already set that. It seems that one of my sequences are read as 29.97 but the other aren’t. Maybe jpeg has a header stamp? Only a guess. big thanks anyway!
