    interpolating an image?

    Have been given a small image and need to enlarge it. Is there anyway of adding information to reduce pixelation – interpolating? I don’t want to vectorize the image either.

    any help appreciated. Thanks

    Arguably, Fractal Interpolation may give you the best result. It works best for photographic images – Not so well for text.
    Regardless, it’s recommended not to exceed 300% enlargement in any operation, with any interpolation method. If you need further enlargement, do it in steps.
