Interesting Trick: Importint Text Files with Media
Hi, found an interesting thing that Premiere Pro CS4 can do. It can import .txt files with media.
I had written notes with my media files as text files to remind me of things to resolve. Then I dragged the folders into Premiere (initially only intending to import the media files) and it imported the media and the text files. These text files can be opened directly from Premiere and I can read all my notes about the media.
This is going to be useful in the future to help keep track of the media and what’s happening with the edits.
Maybe people know about this already but if not, hopefully others may find this useful.
