the intensity card worked fine for me for a couple of weeks when i bought it this summer, and then started to go bad while playing back from the timeline in FCP. it would crackle, send out a garbled screen for a second, and then fail to export any signal, audio or video in the hdmi out.

i’m on a 2×2.66 Mac Pro with 3G of memory.

no amount of switching settings in FCP seems to work to get a signal. i’ve updated the firmware to 1.6 AND 1.7, and even switched the PCIEexpress port that it was in – and no luck.

for the last couple of weeks, i can only get intermittent sound out of the hdmi to the monitor and NO video.

it won’t export anything from photoshop either.

    i’m stumped. any ideas?
