The Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 works fine in SD and HD, when using the component inputs, but it doesn’t work at all with the HDMI input.

I connected the HDMI Program output of our ATEM TVS to the HDMI input of the Intensity Shuttle, made sure the ATEM TVS was set to 1080i, but all I get it a black screen in either Media Express or Premiere Pro CS5.5 capture.

I thought maybe it was the HDMI cable, but I plugged it into a display, and viola, program output works.

I even connect my laptop to the Intensity Shuttle, set it for extended desktop, and tried both 1080i and 720p, but I still just get a black screen.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Never mind, I figured it out. I had to go into the Blackmagic Design Control Panel, change the input from HDMI to Component, click Apply, then change it back to HDMI, and click Apply. Works like a champ now.
