Intensity Pro PCIe x1 not working(not detected)
Hi everybody,
I would like to know if somebody could help me with this. Ive seen the forum with many people having problems with the intensity pro from BMD.Well, this is exactly what I did. I put my intensity pro in my pcie x1 slot , then turned my pc on,inserted the disc from the box,search for the intensity installer and installed it.After that I got a message box telling me my card needed a firmware updgrade, so I clicked continue. Then I got a message were it said the upgrade process failed and that I should restart my pc.Now it doesnt get detected by windows 7 x64 and doesnt show up in device manager!I dont know if Im wrong, but is the firmware corrupted?If this is the case, is there a way to reinstall it by the mini usb port the BMIP has on the back?In advance,thanks for yout time and Ill wait for your comments.

HI there,
try taking out the pci card, installing the drivers and then reboot. Shut the computer down, install the card.
See if that works.
