  Intensity Pro no longer recognized by Media Express

  Hey everyone,

  We have a client who is doing streaming video through Wirecast, and their box suddenly stopped recognizing the two Intensity Pro Cards. Black Magic control panel and Device Manager recognize them, and if we open Wirecast, it sees them but just gets video black.

  When we open up Media Express, it gives a message saying No Black Magic devices found, please check installation.

  So far we have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, uninstalled the drivers and pulled the cards, restarted the machine, then put the cards back in and reinstalled the drivers. They show up in Device Manager and Control Panel each time, but nothing in Media Express and no picture in Wirecast or Flash Media Encoder, but there is video black.

  The machine is custom build running Windows 7 and an Asus motherboard.

  Any ideas? It’s got us scratching our heads.
