Intensity Pro No HDMI Out
Hi All,
Just bought an Intensity Pro and for the life of me I can’t get HDMI out to work.
I have a Mac Pro, OS X 10.5.7, Final Cut 7.
I am testing by using the Black Magic playback software into an LCD television. I have no problem getting component out to work but HDMI simply displays “No Signal”.
I have installed (and reinstalled) the latest drivers, and tried every resolution and control panel setting I can think of but I’m aiming for 720P PAL out.
I even read that it may work better in Slot 4 on the Mac but it didn’t help.
Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated?

Have you changed the output settings in your system preferences? You need to change it from component out to HDMI.

If we’re talking OS X control panel, then I only get two output choices and both of those include HDMI. It’s currently set to HDMI + Y,YB,YR (or similar – not at the computer right now).
On the Final Cut timeline I’ve set the preview option to Black Magic 720P 50. No HDMI out.
I must be missing something somewhere…
