Intensity Pro/ Mac Pro/ Sony HDmonitor/ no picture
Hey guys,
simple problem, but still without a solution.I want to use a Sony LCD monitor (LMD-2030W) as a second monitor to work on my mac pro (Snow Leopard) and work with XDCAMtransfer to controll my video stuff, or use it as controll monitor for FCP 7.0
I connected the Monitor via HDMI.
I install intensity pro 3.6.2 (when I bought the Mac Pro one year ago, the Intensity Pro was already installed physically and as software, I just thought I do a new install, maybe it solves the problem).But I get no signal to the LCD Monitor.
Also when I start Final CUt Pro, there is no option to choose something with intensity in its name, just “blackmagic …”. And if I choose one of them, I still get no signal.
When I use the Mac – system preferences and in the monitor-option now second monitor is noticed.
My first monitor is connected via DVI.
I also tried to connext my first Monito HP LP2475w via HDMI. But I just get a black screen.Does anyone has an idea what I could done wrong?
Maybe I have to a preference change simple in a MAc Menu?Thanks a lot.

Does the PCI card show-up in the System Profiler? And, does it show the drivers as being installed? How about your System Preferences — does clicking on the Black Magic icon show that the output is set to HDMI & Component?
There should be a large number of View options available in FCS. (Final Cut needed to be installed prior to the BM Intensity Pro install.)
